Anders is a Master Planner / Scheduler - SME with 30 years ‘of
hands-on’ experience in the installation of pipeline refinery expansions,
SURF, midstream & upstream oil and gas industry scheduling , managing
projects and project controls for a variety of SURF installations and surface
projects, including fabrication. Tim not only has been the look – ahead
installation Interface Planner for the many different spreads of SURF and
pipelines; he has also been the project manager’s eyes and ears for resource

Duties included developing work packages, specifying equipment deliverable of
selected vendors for contracts, and expediting equipment. The Bioko
Island project included detailed engineering and schedule of eight flexible
risers connecting sub-sea flow lines to the 2 TLPs in water depths of 920
feet and 1,640 feet, respectively, and a 12-inch oil export flexible riser connecting
to an FPSO in 320 feet water depth. Scope included tube and hang-off design
review, static, clashing and extreme events dynamic analysis to establish
riser configurations, bend curve stability and routing, interface loads and
bend stiffener requirements, and finalization of the flexible riser
specification. Work scope also included procurement package engineering and
